M Streets
Farmland was neatly subdivided in the 1910s and 1920s to create a few of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. The M Streets (also known as Greenland Hills) has established conservation districts to preserve the tidy Tudors and Craftsman cottages that give the area its signature historic charm. Interest in this humble, hilly neighborhood has spiked in recent years.
