Farmland was neatly subdivided in the 1910s and 1920s to create a few of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. The M Streets (also known as Greenland Hills) has established conservation districts to preserve the tidy Tudors and Craftsman cottages that give the area its signature historic charm.
